Either the boy has been abused sexually by one aunty OR he sees adults doing it. Maybe adults having sex believing he's asleep and he observes them, such as a crowded accommodation.

But abuse by a female adult is most likely. Very common but never talked about. I know over 15 people abused kids by a grown-up female house girl, neighbour or someone who has easy access to them. Society likes to believe that only men abuse kids.

You are very wrong man. No child no matter the gravity of his/her offense came from hell.

Children are what we make them. The boy may probably have learnt such adult behaivours from his parents or movies played at home or even from his peer groups.

That is why parents have enormous task of bringing up their children to be responsible adults in the society. Parents who fail in this regard have themselves to blame.
