External Appearance

*They appear to always walk slowly while staying vigilant by glancing side by side and may often be fervently praying to him/herself – giving the appearance of whispering to someone
*Suspect keeps one or both arms in their pocket at all times or tightly gripping something like a triggering device
*Suspect often will be fixated on the target and appear nervous
*Suspect usually exhibit forceful behavior trying to push their way through a crowd to reach their target
*Suspect shows no response to any authoritative voice, command or direct salutation
*Display signs of drug use. They tend to have large pupils, fixed stares, and erratic behaviour

Suspect Equipment

*Suspect usually carries a bag, suitcase or backpacks
*Electrical wires, switches, metal or electronic apparatus sticking out of back or clothing

Not very correct. Suicide bombers have various modus operandi. Only trained security personnels can give you accurate measures to use against them.

And yes, they have various modes of operation but these are the very likely characteristics I've seen even on suicide attack videos.
