Its obvious PMB is honest enough not to be intimidated or blackmailed by calls by ethnic warlords or those that want him to foolishly run d govt at the speed of light.
Any other ordinary leader would have caved him to d calls by appointing people from every other region just to satisfy ethnic warlords and get them off his neck.
He still has other appointments to make,so let's all face d issues at hand now, not looking for ethnic balancing just for the sake of it.
