I'm also applying for public health but it doesnt fall under "affordable" or "cheap". I decided to go for Occupational Health./environmental sci....But you can get funding with high gre i guess. public gealth is pricey. Not as 'cheap" as social work or sociology. And check @west texas a&m, armstrong state uni,. Im applying there. Nice fees. Gud schools

What is the naira for? If it is for school fees and other fees associated with school, then walk into the bank and fill a form M (can't recall the name of the form now). That way you can pay from Nigeria at the CBN exchange rate. However, it is just money for flexing, go with a copy of your passport and you should be able to buy some PTA at the CBN exchange rate from your bank.
