Analysis; The 16th person will shake 15 persons, the 15th person will shake 14 persons, the 14th person will shake 13 persons it goes on like till the 2nd person shake 1 person so we have......

Chief A would shake hands with 15 people. Alhaji B would shake hands with 14 people since he had already shook Chief A's hand. Dr. C would shake hands with 13 people coz he had shook hands with both Chief A and Alhaji B and so on till it gets to just one person

15+14+13+.....+1 = huh
