The concerned Intel is wrong. Boko Haram are no more in the business of capturing and occupying territories. They have switched back to their early strategy of hit and run attacks. The ISIS inspired move was in fact a big gaffe by the sect ,though it achieved the objective set on by the high command of the sect. Boko Haram are terrorists first and foremost, then secondly insurgents. Their primary objective is to spread terror among the citizens of the nation and also to cast the government in a bad light. It is not to acquire land or titles, neither is it to create a state
If Boko Haram are given what the people think they want ,then what next for them.Do you expect them to settle down and start grazing Cattle. Its high time we and most especially the government stop stereotyping them. And also we should stop putting them in the same box as MEND.
