If you do attend a town hall meeting or any function where questions are asked, the person answering the questions may choose to answer the questions one after the other (as in the case of Buhari) in order not to leave any unattended to. On the other hand, he may choose to give answers after all the questions have been asked. This system is not adviseable because some questions may not be answered due to short memory or a deliberate decision not to attempt the question.
