It was a positive surprise by the followup call call from OP to my SMS enquiry. Anyway, I was on night duty on Thursday 25th so we agreed to meet in my office at Ojota between 7 and 8am but he shockingly made it around 5.45am with the stock and was ready to even accept cheque. The 15kg content was fresh and wonderfully meaty.

I knew that I'll lose a lot considering the power situation so I chopped the chunk to size, set an alter then firewood dried the meat that same day then sunning subsequently. Now I can stay without power for days without fear of the meat going bad and it can serve my puppy for over a month no matter how dished. I soak the dry meat in hot water for minutes to make it edible and my pup likes it well.
