I do not deny that was one of President Buhari's reasons for his recent visit to the United States. He was however told the same thing President Jonathan was told last year when he requested for additional military funds from the US - fix the corruption/sabotage in the Nigerian military infrastructure first. I repeat, Nigeria has the capability to bring down Boko Haram with their existing arsenal, there is somehow just no will. WHy are their sponsors/financiers not being targeted/exposed. It has to be a complete battle.
