are u a kid? guy, please be BOLD in whatever u do henceforth! no bagga fit chance u for that office. if u tench, ur boss will notice ur weakness and see u are trembling after that scenario. ur boss cant even tamper with ur job, u need a lawyer if that happens cos ur boss has committed a civil misconduct at work and in this case has to be disciplined accordingly.

...BUT, nah Lagos e happen abi?

Ironically, many secretaries are involved in this action.
When they ask you the following questions during interview you did not ask for clarifications.
They ask if :-

You can be able to multitask, accessible to other matters, be customer service oriented, be able to handle more than one task at a time and they promise there will be bonus depending on the applicant's performance.

80% do or nursing the ideal to bleep there sec.

Go to him, tell him its none of your business what he does with his life. That you opened the door out of curiosity to see if he was still around because you heard voices. Move on and behave like nothing happened.

Forget the new sec. Her oga will tell her not to bother.

That is how the world roll and the people ball... Oga and secretary(light skin female, carefully selected, during recruitment process) as unofficial companion. Madam should never hear this ok. Try and roll with him as before to clear some guilt from him.

In other matter, my future wife is warning me not to employ a woman as my secretary in my company. However, it has already been the company's policy to employ a woman(light skin) as secretary. And it is not subject to amendment.

It is my criteria, no one forces anyone to take the job. In fact, it is ladies that ask for the job.
The way u guys sound here, it makes it look like its only secretaries that have sexual indulgences with their bosses at work; its a normal practice in most corporate organisations.

Sadly, corporate ladies enjoy the adventure of sexual exploration with their bosses and superior colleagues.

In fact, in every organisation with more than 15 employees with at least 6 pretty women (married or single) do have things like this.

The only thing is that many don't do it in their workplaces but finds comfort areas like- guest houses or hotels.

This is one reason many men frown at their wife working in big corporations because corporate women are so prone to office sex (either with their boss or fellow colleagues), sadly

But youre helping her to ruin her life

Would you say this practice is common
It's not just practice, it's like a norm. It happens in many offices including church office.

this might sound crazy but it's the best approach to keep things smooth BTW you and your boss....

Give him a chance to call it truce....

Deliberately let him catch you in a similar situation..but not an extreme one like his.

then i'm sure he'd be like.....he is not even a saint afterall.

Thank me later....
u r warped lol grin

PROPHETmichael:
Write a resignation letter to your boss telling him due to what happened on that fateful day, that you hereby tender your resignation letter. He will beg you to stay and you will become his main man but do't follow his footsteps.
risky idea if it works good
if it dails meh labour market
