The guy who adopted the dog should just take him to a sincere and competent vet and take care of him. Within a few months he will be alright.

as much as he wishes to, he doesn't have enough funds to do that. He needs treatments and quality food. Some nairalanders have sent him some cash, that was what helped the dog to this stage. Heks a good Samaritan with a good heart, he needs our help.
