IF you transact with more than one bank, then It is VERY possible to withdraw a total of N500,000 with different ATM cards, #NotALie

the cards does not necessary all have to belong to the same person, do you know if others gave him to withdraw for them. You folks should not be myopic, what will the police gain from lying on this?

withdrawing late in the night is not a hubby. some people needed cash at that time. you can be in their shoes

I withdrawed 220k last 2weeks, i think maximum withdraw doesnt work anymore

I noticed that too...could be an exaggeration.

Another feasible explanation is that the victim had at least 4 debit cards on him

I am very disappointed at the comments here, people should get the lesson of this Police report and not to question the possibility of withdrawing 500k from the ATM. One can do that with different debit cards or a prepaid card.

In this present naija situation, why would you withdraw 500k from an ATM. Any transaction above 150k should either be done via cheque or bank transfer.

Nigeria police force and lies. I thought the CBS daily limit for ATM withdrawal is #150,000. How com the second victim now withdrew #500,000

I understand you and presently having a similar situation to what you said above. However last night I was to make payment of 285k around 11pm, I insisted on pos or bank transfer. The Hospital had to soften for me to come today with cash. I wasn't convenient with the idea of using the Atm at that time, if I loose the funds the hospital no go understand.
