Well...if Efosa was just disseminating info...I assure you that no one would bother him. I hope we all understand that impersonation is a serious offence? So what we should be asking ourselves is: If he isn't a cadet officer why will he say he is and to what end??
All he needs to do is establish that he's a genuine cadet officer like he claims to be...and everything will be fine. I don't want someone to come here and deceive innocent pple!
