Click on the link i indicated above, then you would see a log in page. You can just click on register now or sumffin...so you can register your details like username and password, afterwards, you would need to search for the opening in Nigeria. then you are good to go!!!.........

My information is based on persons I know who got into the programme and the criteria listed for similar roles in other countries where Citi advertised such.
