A court says ex-Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak should not be held for killing protesters but must remain jailed while corruption charges are investigated.

The decision came after defense attorney Fareed El-Dib said in a memorandum his client [size=14pt]spent two years in provisional detention,[/size] the maximum allowed, Ahram Online reported.
