This is my problem with Buhari. Who will establish the National carrier? Is it the Civil servants? What steps has Buhari taken to see to the establishment of the carrier? What plans does he have? Why can't he appoint Aviation Minister to draft a plan?

Dear Nigerians, Buhari so called directive will yield no result if he continue to rely on civil servants to draft policies for him. Their jobs as Civil Servants is implementation.
