I went to Benin for a friend wedding recently and it rained that day, come see flooding just how many hours rain, all the street from new benin to mission end flood, cars have to park and wait, even the roads they are forming to repair since his first tenure till now before mission end is till like that resulting to bad street roads and muddy flood.

Drainage system is -(minus) not even zero
We have to wait unit the water reduced before we cross the road if not na inside that river we go end...

There is one road in benin that anytime you ask apc/acn supporters what oshimole is doing in edo state, they will mention that road only, I've forgotten the name of that road, maybe someone can remind me.
