there are times when one does not have the money to be able to eat 3 square meals in a day, soo the issue of having to choose between omitting to eat either breakfast or lunch or dinner comes up? for me I think is necessary I eat in the night cos I can't bear going to bed hungry.
let's know ur opinion, which one is it for u and what's ur reason for that?
