Discuss the project details fully before accepting any award, even if he created a 1000usd milestone. My thought on this one is that this employer wants me to do 500usd worth of work for 30usd.

1. You cannot contact an employer through PM unless he initiates the conversation.
2. You can do this only from a PC. Look for and click My Projects. Then select the particular project you bid on, scroll down and you will see a box to type your comment.
3. On the same project page, you can see the flag/country but you will not have access to his profile. You can only do this when he initiates the PM. When he does, just click on his name beside his picture and the you will see his profile.
4. Your profile page is the page that has your picture and details on it. Once here, the page link is in the address bar, that is at the top where you see something like https://...... Everything there is your profile link

Hi @mercyland. 1. You cannot contact the employer until he decides to contact you after bidding.
3. You cannot determine identity and the username until the project is awarded to you. However, you can scroll up to see the flag and country of the employer.
4. You profile link is under your profile picture. Click on your picture and you will see a drop down. Search for profile there and click on it.

Are you serious or you are joking? 138 ke....haba....which kain country be dis. Abeg...it is not about discussing bids....can someone on this thread give names of bank with good exchange rates in terms of withdrawing from payoneer, so that we won't be shortchanged? Anyone?

for now the banks with the best rates are Fidelity bank - 180/200, UBA - 171. the banks to avoid for now are diamond bank-143, gtb- 138. i will try out stanbic, firstbank and eco next time i withdraw funds.

Click on your profile picture and scroll down to MY REWARDS, when you get there, check the top left side of the page and you would see OVERVIEW--REWARDS--CREDIT SHOP--BADGES. From the OVERVIEW, you get to see all the coins and badges you racked up doing all sorts of things on the website, then from the CREDIT SHOP, you can see how much coins is needed for a level1, level2 and level3 exams as well as how much coins needed for other things too. From what you see, if your coins are up to 1000 which is what level1 exam requires, then you can click on BUY ME NOW. When you have done that, then look up to the top left hand side of your page where it says WORK, click on it and look all the way down to GET CERTIFIED, it will take you to the skills Lab where the skill level you purchased would be acknowledged and you would get the chance to write one of the most basic tests recommended by Freelancer, like US ENGLISH(level1), UK ENGLISH(level1) etc. I hope this helps you and please try as much as you can to spend some time on the site, play around and explore.
