Your brain can manufacture such question easily, but the truth is "it's irrelevant". If your dad had not met your mum, but had met someone else, the person resulting from that union (who clearly won't be you) will still ask the same question.
In summary, you aren't that important in the scheme of things. I'm not either. Don't believe the grandiloquent thoughts your brain manufactures. We are all just human, all too human.

U have only one chance of being u.
Over 20 million sperm cells competed for that mums egg that resulted to u. Those other sperm cells that couldn't make it degenerated and die off.
This is the reason why we hv no finger print match in the whole world.

In another view, a completely hypothetical one, individual life can be thought of as an excitation of a "life field/force". The sperm carries the equations of life (which physicist and or biologist are yet to discover) and after fusion with the egg, the parameters of the life equations are remodelled (this can be thought of as a shift in an arbitrary spatial position of the excitation).

So technically, we are all the same... The same life force that's in me is the same life force in some deranged feminist somewhere out there, we just have different backgrounds, upbringing, environmental factors and cultural practices.

To answer your question, yes it'll still be you but you'll behave totally different and do things differently.
