I can NEVER support any act of molestation, but its high time we ladies tell ourselves the truth.
God did not make clothes for Adam and Eve for nothing(Genesis 3:21), He knows that there are sensitive parts of the body that needs to be covered.
If you take a good look at the human body, you will find out that many,(if not all) of the sensitive organs of the body are protected, covered e.g the skull protects the brain, the rib cage protects the heart, and so on.
What does this teach? That there are sensitive parts of the body, that is capable of arousing the opposite sex that needs to be covered PROPERLY.

Safe driving is a precautionary measure, so also is decent dressing. Although, the unexpected may happen at times, i still believe that dressing decently has and is going a long way in preventing incidents of rape.

I wish I fully understood your post so I can give you a proper response. However, I would address the portions of your write up that was comprehensible, starting with the last paragraph;

Statistics are borne from research not pulled out of thin air. I can bet my bottom dollar that he has not carried out any research on rape to justify hid statement that 99% of raped women are responsible for their being raped. Infact I am almost forced to say it is absolute nonsense. First and foremost, no woman is responsible for being raped, women get raped because the men who rape them are animals who prey on vulnerable women. You can't paint any scenario that justifies a man forcibly having sexual intercourse with a woman against her wish. It's very silly to blame a victim for their victimisation. It's like blaming a victim for being killed by a serial killer.
