What kind of stupid idea could be in your mind other than an innocent child, and victims of violence receiving the help which would allow her to fit back into society and live an healthy life, with restored physical confidence, should not be entitled to such aid because she is from the north and our "oyel" money would pay for it.

Yes... As a leader,you'd do anything in your power to disrupt these kinda incidents re-occuring in the future. Prevention is better than cure.. The amnesty move might be a head start to preventing a hundred more aishas from getting burnt.
