Breaking: Boko Haram Now Have A New Leader Open For Dialogue, Deceitful Idris Deby Says

Chad President, Idris Deby has confirmed that Boko Haram have a new leader.
He did not say what had happened to Abubakar Shekau, but said he had been replaced by Mahamat Daoud - who has not been heard of before.
Mr Shekau has not featured in the group's recent videos, leading to speculation that he has been killed.
Mr Deby, whose troops have been involved in battling Boko Haram, said Mr Daoud was open to dialogue.
BBC's Nigeria correspondent Will Ross says that last year, the Chadian leader was said to be brokering peace talks with Boko Haram.
Mr Shekau took over as the group's leader after the its founder, Muhammad Yusuf, died in Nigerian police custody in July 2009.
Under his leadership the group has become more radical and carried out more killings.
This unidentified man spoke in the last Boko Haram video earlier this month
The last Boko Haram video, which was released earlier this month, showed an unidentified young man speaking in the name of the Islamic State in West Africa calling on people to be patient: "We are still present everywhere we had been before."
He spoke in the regional Hausa language, with an accent from the Kanuri ethnic group, to which Mr Shekau belongs.
It's important to note that there have been accusations, by the former regime, against the Chadian government of aiding the Boko Haram and also looting of properties in war-torn areas across the Nigerian Border.
It does not come as a surprise that the Chadian government is the first to announce such development. The Chadian president talked about a peace talk with the new leadership of Boko Haram, but how is this possible with a terrorist sect that has gone global or are they confusing terrorism for militancy.

Boko haram are nothing more than parasites. The best way to rid the host of parasites is to simply kill the parasites wherever they may be living in the host's body. Remember your basic biology...The parasite cannot live without the host, but the host can easily live without the parasite. In the medical field, drugs and or surgery is utilized to remove parasites. With the Nigeria being the host for these parasites, surgically placed bullets would serve best. Kill ALL Boko haram parasites regardless of age, race, gender or geographical location on sight. My brother, don't ask unanswerable questions. Na the same people. Buhari becomes President and all of a sudden, a new Boko leader who is open to dialogue emerges. Lol Naija may really be zoo honestly.

Nigeria didn't bother when bokoharam joined ISIS. Why will bokoharam be relevant now that it is merely redeploying its members for strategic reasons.? All we are saying is that Mr. President should wipe bokoharam out of the North East now, using only our military and no negotiation, no amnesty and no patronage for bokoharam.
