Not at all. They will jst observe 1min of silence and go back to their jobs. The rig owners charge their client on hourly bases so work must continue. The company may jst have to suspend all flight arrangement with Bristow and look for an alternative(another helicopter company)

This morning already another crew is getting set to board another chopper to dat same rig while another is waiting to pull out if the rig today.

Shiits like these happen all over d world once in a while but life goes on.

Of course, officially they are not scared. But in the coffee room or recreation, be rest assured they beating their asssses about discussing how short life is and how, if they had a choice, they'd quit the god-forsaken job.
When someone died on Magellan the other day, Exxon did shut down operations for two weeks. Same thing when the Volta chopper leaving Jack Ryan crashed, Lukoil suspended work a bit. It's not unheard of to suspend work for some days. Still though, oil must be drilled sooner or later.
