This cycle - Jonathan forgives Yaradua, Yaradua
forgives Obasanjo, Obasanjo forgives Abubakar etc -
begets thievery. And it is Nigerians who pay
for it!
This is exactly why we have never had it good in this nation. A cycle of forgiveness in the mantle of leadership has never done us any good, as it will only encourage others to steal. Kukah and the likes of abdusalami are responsible for the hardship we have been going through for decades. There cannot be peace without justice. This fight for the betterment of our nation is going to be tough and long. I think its high time well meaning nigerians stand up and support the president, the students whose future is about to be truncated by these beasts in corridors of power, the poor market woman who toils hard 5am to 10pm but rips in penury, the average worker whose basic salary can hardly feed his family because of these demons. Nigerians should rise up and support PMB. Long live nigeria.

Father Kukah and his like should please leave PMB alone to do his God sent job. After 4 years, we shall appraise and review his performances.

After all, GEJ spent 6 years as President only to end up with his famous theory that "Stealing is not Corruption"

It is a matter of honour. The peace committee negotiated for Jonathan to accept defeat in exchange for amnesty. They want Buhari to keept to that agreement.

He can probe or investigate GEJ and his ministers, but any probe that excludes OBJ, Atiku and Tinubu is a sham. If Buhari does not bring these people to court, then his whole anti-corruption stance is a fraud.

In China, people who left office 20 years ago are still being sent to jail for corruption. In Isreal, a former PM was sent to jail several years after he left office. OBJ and Atiku must be included for fairness and equity. Otherwise the boys in the creeks will rise again.

if you have anything as genuine for their probe, kindly infirm EFCC. All those mere say na distractions

You have MISUNDERSTOOD what the reverend gentleman said.
He did not say forgive or don't probe. He only said the DauraDullard should stop TALKING about it and let the appropriate government agencies and law enforcement (EFCC & co) and adjudication (Courts) units deal with the corruption issues.

See the difference

Don't we all! All this probe talk is an excuse to try and divert us from what is happening here and now, which is one man is running all the the Government ministries therefore nothing is being accomplished. Meanwhile, they are taking credit for GEJ accomplishments from Electricity to Mining, busy running around taking loans here and there pointing fingers while other fingers are pointing back at them. If they are investigating why tell everyone just do your due diligence without alarming the crooks to cover their tracks. All bark no bite toothless dullard... undecided

Rev Kukah or whatever his name is an evil agent...and an enemy of Nigeria....and i am totally disappointed in him being a catholic myself. i am sure he is trying hard to cover up some people who have looted this country dry.
Is he saying that the money should be forgotten and we should move on because of a few untouchables....people have died because of this money for christ sake...life have been lost. We should condem evil collectively regardless of our religion and not aid and abet it.
If he has a company and money was stolen in his company such that the company is broke will he move on and say the people who looted his company should move freely and him knowing who they are?
he is a joke....i am really trying hard not to rain insult him.
The reason many of us voted buhari is to get our money back and probe the people who stole from us....If this is what he does for 4yrs to get our money back and punish offenders...i am ok and satisfied
Nobody is saying he shouldn't probe and jail corrupt politicians but this government should spare us the noise and chest beating. Worm with the appropriate agencies, provide them what they need let them do their job. In the meantime he should face his own job which is policy making and governance.
I hope this English is not too much for you to understand.

Jonathan was scammed period, does he have a documented copy of the said agreement? What of the agreement that he will not recontest for a second term. Jonathan himself is a scammer and he has been scammed period. He should not expect buhari to be a saint where he did not

Bullshit! The same people that voted GEJ in replaced him with PMB. PMP mandate is from the Nigeria people and not some self-serving committee.

President Buhari has the Nigeria people mandate to probe all corrupt public servants and recover the loots. The people against the anti-corruption crusade never supported nor voted for PMB. The pro-corruption people should wait till 2019 to put their own corruption-inclined President in power.

We have a saying in place that when a tree falls on another. Tree, it is the one on top that is first removed. So to me, the last administration is the best place to start "probing"

Kukah is a disgrace to the church for selling your conscience and intergrity.. and i am very disppointed in him trying to circumvent justice.... and standing against the poor masses of Nigeria.
No matter what they try to do....we want our money back. We want the money to be used to develop our health centers, our defence, our schools, our bad roads, water, power etc

It's really sad.
That is what too much money in the hands of a few individuals can do

I pray that Almighty God will DISGRACE the useless Peace committee. Let the CORRUPTION PEACE RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE GO TO WHITE HOUSE AND MEET OBAMA.
BUHARI IS THE PRESIDENT.
HIS NAME AND REPUTATION IS THE ONE AT STAKE.
CORRUPTION IS LIKE A THICKLY WOVEN FABRIC.
YOU CAN SEE CORRUPTION FROM ABDUSALAAM, TO PASTOR AYO ORITSEJAFOR, TO KUKAH , THEY ALL HAVE ONE SKELETON OR THE OTHER AND ARE THUS SYMPATHETIC WITH CORRUPTION

How many skeletons do you have in your own cupboard or are you an angel or a saint? If Buhari surrounds himself with people like you, you will sound his praise to high heaven even when he is derailing. Did you read anywhere in that piece where it was mentioned that he shouldn't probe? What they are rightly telling him is that his core mandate is to provide good governance, put right structure in place, strenghten appropriate institutions, employ right people and down the line all other things will fall in place. There are institutions saddle with responsibility of bringing criminals to book. It is the duty of the government to see that they are positioned to perform their roles. If that is not done the fight against corruption will ultimately fail. A government with too much power concentrated around the president will ultimately fail. Delegation is core of a good leader.
Four years is a short time, a significant part of it is almost going and the government is yet to do anything significant other than I will probe this, I will probe that and people like you won't let him heed the voice of reason. If the same government after four years achieve nothing significant it is still hypocrites like you that will be first to castigate him. We don't have all the time on our side, let government starts the business of governing. Go out there and check and you will realise that businesses have grounded to a halt because business people are still waiting for government to provide direction. Nobody will make any serious investment until government body language moves in appropriate direction. Enough of talks of silly probes that four month on is not taking off and is not taking us anywhere!.

PMB is not Mr-Fix-It. I wait to see PMB investigate and probe GEJ's administration and we will be surprised to hear and read revealing secrets that will implicate PMB and his co-horts. If you live in a glass house do not throw stones.

You guyz are complaining that the Snail of Daura has not achieve any of his campaign promises. How will he do that?
Let me tell you something..through out their campaign they only tell us how they are going to spend money but no plan on how to make even 5naira.
Now It obvious that all those promises are all based on the looted fund he is dreaming to recover.
This man has nothing to offer apart from the castle he has in air.
APC tanoid you can share my post and keep a watch on your role model to the end of his administration.

Is probe an alternative to governance or something to be done side by side with the required act of governance? Or after using all the time in probing without assembling the needed people to do the needed thinking and act of governance Nigeria would be better. I guess we are missing on one side.
