If you recently upgraded to windows 10 you might have noticed that there is no sleep mode option when you click on power.

Here is a solution I found on HP forum on how to solve the problem if sleep mode is so important to you:

- On the Desktop, right-click on This PC and select Properties
- On the left, choose Device Manager
- Click the arrow next to Display Adaptors to expand that category
- Right-click on Intel(R) HD Graphics Family and select Update Driver Software...
- Choose the option to Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software
- Your computer should find and automatically install the updated driver
- After the installation is complete, restart your computer

Note: this solution was tried on a HP pavilion 15 laptop and it worked. I can't guaranty it will work in other laptops but it worth a try.
