good day Nairalanders,
I am a software developer and I recently wrote a piece of software that I call Open Exam Suite to offer as an alternative to VCE Exam Player, It has two parts, the Creator and the Simulator. The Creator is used to create exams while the simulator can be used to take those exams as it offers, time control and the likes. Please those who create useful exams should please leave links in the comments below and please, these applications are still in alpha, so there might be bugs. Just let me know the bugs you experience.

As promised previously, Today I present the first public beta of the Open Exam Suite. The tool is divided into two, the ‪#‎Creator‬ which is used to design exams and the ‪#‎Simulator‬ which enables you take the exams in a simulated environment. For those who have used VCE Exam suite, you'd be familiar with the tool. ‪#‎OpenExamSuite2‬.0

I posted something on git as that is the only link that works for now. If you really want people to comtribute an make the software better, it would be wise to give it a home(website). I do not know C# but am fairly good with java, javascript, also a bit of C and assembly so may not be able to help in coding as am not yet ready to learn CS but can help with the testing.
