Since my CEL came up few weeks ago, I think I'm having a better mpg. I will scan the car this weekend to know what's wrong. Please, Is it possible to have a CEL and still have a better mpg or is my mind playing a fast one on me? Car is 2003 Accord V6 EX-L |

GAZZUZZ:How do u know what's on my mind? Acceleration is fine. Car moves normal, no unusual sound, no KPOM sound. If it's something not too serious I will continue the driving like that. Who no like better thing? Lol. |

lonelydora:I advice that you sort this out. Running lean can actually damage your pistons and wear your engine due to increased friction. In fact it's said that it's better to run rich than lean, and you're at risk of overheating...except you want to activate the KPUM! sensor  1 Like |
