The point is how is he suppose to know if his guilty within a day sir, I think this case is delicate considering the little girl psychological state, they need to handle it very well so the girl won't be stigmatized hence he can't just goto the police following day to file complains.

I don't support paedophile at all, but we need to be careful here. Wisdom is needed for the child sake, properly investigated before any action.

How will investigation be conducted if he fails to report to the police Reporting to necessary authorities doesn't mean his daughters identity will be made public.

Either way it's the police job to investigate the man, the school may try and cover up for him inorder to save their own image
