This guy is just appealing to the emotional side of nairalanders so someone can ignorantly offer him a job.

I will not hire anyone that thinks all he came to add to my business is religiosity even in a learning environment.

I think the school took the right decision.

Without religion, how would you have acted? Without religion, what do you stand for? Those are more important for me than I'm a Christian or Muslim.

When a fool loses a job, he says he is glorifying God. Who told you God didnt want you to dance ?

No regrets brother... If the same thing happens 10times, I will still not bend my principles...TRUST me, it pays to stand for something... At long run it pays far beyond ur imagination...

Sorry for bothering you tho... Buh I guess itx ur choice... Nobody forced u to open the thread... Itx a free LAND... I can open whatever thread I choose to... U can choose to stay away... Afterall there are threads with just 2views n no comment...

I can open the same thread in all the sections... It's nobody's biz...as I said, it's a free LAND

Buh come to think of it, I'v gotten over 900views n several comments, that means the thread is worth the buzz

Why not open ur own thread, tell ur story n see how people will react... As for me, I'v achieved my purpose for opening this thread n am grateful n fulfilled... Expect another Thought provoking thread from me... This is one of my hobbies n am having fun... Am learning a lot too... Am getting sincere advice from people that don't know me at all...people get to hear Jesus through me, tho I ain't perfect, my perfection is in Jesus...my philosophy about morality is being preached also... Whether you accept it or not, u'v seen it on my thread... Mission accomplished

BOMA BEREPIKI... A man that believes in good music with
decent lyrics... A man that believes in gospel
music...operation flush out all the corrupt songs...
I believe songs should have meaning... Lyrical dept... And
moral input in the lives of the listeners and dancers..
I believe songs with decent lyrics should be played in our
schools... Our children are like empty memory card, they
store anything they see and hear in their memory...Kids of
these days say words they heard from a song and by
default they are corrupted if the words have no moral
input.
I got sacked 3days after getting my offer letter to work as
a physics, maths and further maths teacher in a big
private school at GRA pH.. Salary 70k/month...Just
because I refused to dance to a secular song 'shake body'
I was kicked out ... Silly reason to sack som1, all in the
guise of poor team work... Truly everybody danced
except me ... I told them my reason for not dancing which
is: I don't dance to songs that don't glorify God, the name
of Jesus or at least with morally good lyrics... My body is
the temple of God and I use it to honor God...After my
explanation, I got a sack letter...
Never in history... So strange an event the day it
happened to me... A world record... A defining moment...
Wow
This is worthy of a medal of national honor... Lol...
Greatness is my name... I feel blessed for being
persecuted, what an honor... A movement for decent

So people like you still exist? Who owns the world? Who created it? The God that you stood for will stand for you. Make no mistake about that. I'm proud of you my brother. "Be ye not conformed..." Yes, real children of God still exist. You can say all you want. E no concern me, but we seek to do His Perfect Will. God bless youuuuuuu

Am so excited today, I had a wonderful service... Wow
... More grounds to conquer this week... Am looking beyond this n on to the next one... Indeed I'v over flogged this issue... I wish everyone a wonderful week... GODSPEED... IN JESUS NAME AMEN
Bro.....If I am d one u are referring to, im sorry to disappoint u. just so we are clear, I ain't ur sister(and I mostly certainly frown at someone who calls me sister in d sense that most churches do even when they are wolves in sheeps clothing).... and I have nothing against someone I don't know and more importantly, someone who do not put food on my table or influence me in any way possible...U said u disappointed ur fans(supporters & haters alike), so since im none of those, i think its ur fans u rily do owe this apology to. . . . i wish i could say apology accepted.
Now it is very safe to say, u are a very proud person, bro, that is one very dangerous thing cuz it deprives u of soo many things on earth and even d Heaven u seek! Need i remind u that Christ hates pride, so be very cautious, u were not tensed at all, its in your nature to be proud only its sickening u put christ in d mix of all these thrash u profess(go back to your first post and carefully read thru your comments), someone had to even say in ur earlier thread"See wat christ is doing to Africans", and another had to tell u u reek of spiritual pride, don't even mistake it to be the boldness that d Holy-spirit gives....Read dis particular thread and see where u said 'guess I disappointed my fans'....what does that suggest?.I bet u, if I hadn't shunned u in this manner, and people had started to talk sense into u, u would have spent time to construct another very annoying statement to those who were trying to correct u...
See another of your comment where u said u have over 900views and ur thread is worth d buzz?!!! my guy I shake my head for u....even as a christian, I'm ashamed, let alone Christ.....
For goodness sake, the first rule of this section says, "post all threads in the right section". . . . u having over a thousand views does not mean u have preached Christ with dis attitude, u only shamed him and its most annoying u pooled a lot of people traffic with it...Plz deal with your pride, its ur achilles hill.
Read thru rman's question to u, without religion how would u have actedhuh because if I were not a christian, u sure inspired me alright, to treat u and d christ u preach with disgust, cuz u just sold Him short to me with ur rascally attitude and vulgar statements, and dare to blame it on your tensed mood....
P.S: Christians were first called Christians in Antioch because they had d lifestyle of christ! Practice what u try to preach. . . . . . #enoughsaid#

I wish you success in all your future endeavor. The sky is your starting point. PS: you will do brilliantly in a university setting especially those christian ones. Good luck.

Easy now! Op is not the cause of your frustration. He is not the reason you are jobless. If you are nice enough, and you ask nicely, he can give you the name of his former employer so you can try your luck.

i laff so loud my belly hurts. . . .Oh my brother, its too late to reply u, but check ur first post and carefully see my comment there. If u are d same person posting dis, u rily are no christian with dis comment. . . May i remind u, wat christ did on earth, even when he was chastised by d chief priests and elders of d council, the bible records, "he uttered not a word", even when he knew whom he was!! I am a good christian, and unfortunately for ur rat-picked brain, u forget, (probably when u were trying to get fame), that i actually supported u. . . . .But now, my brother it is fool-hardy to think dis fame gets u anywhere, even d Christ u claim to serve, must probably be watching u and nodding his head at u. . . .Watch and learn and live like christ, thats all im saying. . . . Ur first post already got u d fame u wanted.
P.S: Why dnt u take my one kobo advise and post ur next job, when.u do get a better offer from the 70k on this thread and put d devil to shame WHEN it is DONE?!! instead of putting urself and Christ to shame with ur 2nd useless post. . . .. .I mean is there any reason for this second post at all?!!!smh
. . . . . And for d record, u are a derelict fool to tell me i will sell my soul to d devil for a peanut job, or any job for that manner. . . Never ever say words about people u KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!!! I wish u come back with a splendid retort and let d beast in u show!
. The good christian vs the better one

With the level of decadence in our society I don't think taking pride in Christ is out of place...afterall having complete confidence in Christ could easily be mistaken for pride. Most so-called Christians are quick to profess their faith in words but never ready to make sacrifices or act right. If the Op chooses to open a million threads well its still not so bad...let the Mods correct him. But I think the attack on his person is misplaced. We have several people doing things that are.....for short of a better word....evil, just to retain their jobs. They lead choruses and form all spirito in public gatherings but behind the scenes spread hate, backbite, manipulate etc. Those are the ones that need to b criticized. The Op might be a little naive and most likely young and inexperienced in spiritual matters but in a world of wickedness n sin he only needs to be encouraged to stand firm and not slide cuz what he was subjected to as regards the job is only just the beginning...this world doesn't belong to true Christians so don't expect an easy ride as u pass through....a better place awaits u.

so What you are saying is that it would nt have been out of place for Jesus to have say, oh man am too much, see how i defeated the devil?
Well i do not know where u get your teaching or understanding from, but i sure do know they are wrong, the blessing for whatever saintish act you ve pulled ends the moment you start to feel yourself, i wish i were in a better mood, i will write you a whole book on this

You know the lady does not care for you, but you use your sarcastic tone to still make jest of her, evident from you calling her dear when you kow she does not even want you to call her sis, find another way to make friend to her by dropping some of that pride
ps: it is not only her that thinks you have pride, most of us here do
Ramos, u know the proverbial phrase "fools paradise?", this op is seriously living in one. I understand ur disgust, just let him be cause d more people talk about him, it fans his ego and he thinks he is popular by it. . . . there rily should be a gaping difference between being comical and buffonry, just as there is a difference between pride and confidence. I understand his childness & sarcasm, it oozes from d way he thinks and writes. . . . Its even more hilarious his dropping his whatsapp no antic, thinking i'ld magnify that comment, by dropping a reply. I care for people, yes, even when i try to hide it when writing, but it wil only take a seasoned daft individual to think in that particular write up that i do actually cater to dis folk. . . .please leave him be, let him relish in his self-acclaimed 'tomfoolery.'
P.S: it is better to be stupid and keep quiet, than to throw open ur buccal cavity and prove people's insinuation about ur foolishness. . . .

ur plan is being reavealed, putting ur number so some 1 can call u for a job. The dance was nt d main reason. they noticed ur silly attitude. i cannot dance well myself. bt i wud have diplomatically evaded it nd turn it to laugh. a person like u can bring d school down or even a company wit this ur silly pride and attitude.

i especially like this part
