True, but I was just considering the fact that Celine has been off the scene for a while and hasn't had a hit song in more than 5 years now, while Beyonce has been everywhere.

Very true. The thing is Celine has a retinue of evergreen songs that will continue to stand the rest of time. Beyoncé has some herself. Just that Celine has more.
