Fraudulent Activities Of Inspired Autos - Update by revlution: 8:03pm On Aug 26, 2015
As a follow up to the case between me and inspired autos, my team of lawyers in affiliation with top Nigerian police have recovered the full sum of 2.64 million naira from inspired autos as money owed to me for the undelivered car.
The final payment effected this month.
Thanks.

For those who do not know about the series of unfortunate business transaction that occurred between me and inspired auto, I will give a summary, (read full complaint here https://www.nairaland.com/2398436/horrible-experience-inspired-autos ,
https://www.nairaland.com/2398436/horrible-experience-inspired-autos/48 )

On February 2015, I placed an order for an Benz ML350 , 2005 model, through Inspired autos with all assurance that the car was going to be delivered to the said address in Nigeria within 31 days. After 5 months I neither received the car nor was able to contact Inspired autos. However after putting up a thread on this site about the incident to pre alert people about the plight of pre ordering cars from the car dealer, inspired autos immediately resurfaced promising to deliver the car as he was met with delays due to customs issue and other excuses. I decided to make further enquiries about the true state of the car, through an agent(as I do not reside in Nigeria) about the state of the seized car in Benin customs office and discovered that inspired autos not only planned delivering a different car( different VIN numbers) from the one I placed an order for, but completely forged customs papers for the car which led to the total seizure of the car at customs office with no hope of it being released , therefore a government property.

At this stage I requested for a full refund of the car that I purchased which was as follows- Car cost 2.5million naira, registeration and tint permit - 60,000naira, servicing 50,000naira, car delivery charge-30,000, bringing it to a grand total of 2.64million naira.
Upon negotiating this refund, inspired autos demand that the only way he can refund the said amount was if this was resolved in private and the original complaint taken down.
Yes, he is the offender and should not be in the position to give conditions for his refund, but in order to give him the benefits of the doubt and leave him with no excuse as not to repay funds owed it was agreed that we resolve the issue in private and the thread was closed.

Immediately that happened, inspired autos disappeared once again and further contacts through him for the refund led to him issuing threats and grievous physical harm to me and my family in an attempt to stall the repayment process. All proof to this malicious correspondence by inspired autos has been duly fowarded to my Lawyers presently.

The above action by inspired autos, however expected for a frausdster ,should also serve as a lesson to anyone pre-ordering a car to be careful about their personal details they give out for car registeration to strangers, and contact address given for car delivery as this can be used for negative purposes thereafter.

More so, My agents have made several trips to his show room, but he cannot be located. He neither picks up his calls. He doesn't reply to his emails about repayment. He has been in the USA since June this year but it has been confirmed with certainty that he is presently in Nigeria, Lagos.

Anyway from all indications, every possible and impossible opportunity was given to inspired autos for the repayment of this money and it is obvious his original plan from the first day I ordered this car was to defraud me. He neither had a car for sale for preorder and never planned to deliver the car.
A case of advance fee fraud.
However unknown to him there are other alternatives for repayment which is more detrimental.

As inspired autos has abused all mediations for repayment, this case has a been forwarded to the Lagos State CID Panti and currently being handled by an EFCC lawyer.

The legal suit is as a case of Advance fee fraud, threat to life, forgery of government document and emotional distress on the plaintiff.

Petition to the State CID is for fraudulent business transaction involving 2.64million naira, threat to life on plaintiff and family, forgery of customs paper and avoiding arrest.

The state CID has informed they will also take into custody anybody in connection with his business transaction (a long list has been provided which is being explored). The owner of this web site has clearly abhorred this situation by issuing a ban on inspired autos following this case of fraud.See link - https://www.nairaland.com/2439839/revlutions-complaint-inspired-autos-inspiredm.

I hereby implore that anybody who has any details leading to the arrest of Inspired Autos- Bimbo Akin Emmanuel should discreetly send an email to revlution@yahoo.com.
All rules guiding this forum should please be adhered to.

Above message is by guidance of the Nigerian Police and the Courts.

The long predicted and inevitable down fall has come..

He was warned severally, now he has bitten more than he can chew..it's very sad..

@OP I applaud your persistence and courage to pursue this case, ensure he pays for the inconvenience and hopefully this would help his likes have a rethink..

I wonder why someone will have the mind to defraud potential customers who trusted you with their hard earned money, and still have the guts to boast and flaunt people's sweat about.

I'm glad you finally decided to involve the authorities, its a step in the right direction.

About his whereabouts...a thief will always be a thief, just register a new sim card and pose as a buyer in need of one of his cars, I'm sure his greed for more money will reveal his true location.

Revlution oh my revlution we worked, planned, strategised and now have reality. As revlution has clearly stated, this case is now with Panti and the efcc and its legal team.

Any and all information which would aid in his arrest should be sent discreetly to revlution. Inspired went beyond fraud to threat to life and then to forgery of government documents.

Please let the good and well meaning samaritans and Nigerians who know of his whereabouts or have links to those who might know please step forward now.

Thank you.

I never for once saw him as "mighty" . He was so proud and arrogant...any businessman who exhibit these characteristics and still has some naira to flaunt is definitely not geninue...cos no customer would patronize such a person when there are hundreds of car agents out there who will kneel at your feet if that will make you patronize them.

Inspiredm was a very proud fellow, I read a thread somewhere where he rudely told one of his customers to stop disturbing him, that how much is even the car he ordered for?

When businessman start sounding like this, then insogbu di....pride they say goeth before a fall.

To all the people saying open this thread and let us comment, please note that this case is now a Nigerian Police Investigation and we must let them do their jobs and not say senseless things that will interfere with their investigation. Cheers.

[s]I'd like to call on Revlution to provide a hotline (phone number) that people can call in order to report Inspired Autos' other fraudulent acts.[/s]

Revlution says she won't set up a hotline because she wants a permanent record of all info provided, so pls send any info you have to her box.
