kenny987:( didn't even know u are a female) first of all, the then head of state Gen.Gowon made a giant stride to make sure infrastructures are built to replace the damaged ones. A step which surprised everybody... Regards to d cut off mark for education, if you talk about d marks for education, #smile what will u say abt marks for the yorubas ? I know u will be shocked at it... Also the creation of state, please do u mind going back to how states were created in Nigeria and see how many yoruba parts were also cut off... Please let's have just cause for making a particular move, we are too literate to just keep following somebody who has not probably face what an average ibo or a Nigerian has been thru start inciting us. I will still refer Mr kalu to a runaway fugitive till he can be brave enough to show his face |

chrixus:What does being female have to do with anything? I will not engage you on any other point but as for the cut off marks, Anambra followed by Imo have the highest cut-off marks, higher than any of the Yoruba States. Check this link and see for yourself. https://www.nairaland.com/1319603/unbelievable-nigerian-unity-schools-cut-off One question, are we at peace with each other in Nigeria? Like I said, if Yorubas are not bothered or concerned about the balkanising of your areas or anything as it is in Nigeria, Biafrans are not happy and wish to be separate. It is no crime. Whether Nnamdi Kanu is faceless or not, it is not your business. They are going about their business peacefully and not being violent so let them be and let no one attempt violence or forceful arrests on them. |

chrixus:No, that wasn't me. You addressed someone else as Sir not me. So are the cut off marks for Yorubas higher than that for at least Anambra n Imo? Oh! Anambra and Imo are actually 139 and 138 respectively while Abia is 130, so they're even higher than I mentioned. |

chrixus:I think this Nnamdi kanu is resident in britain. Upon all the things he has been talking about britain and even their queen, why are they not arresting him? Or are u trying to tell me they don't know where he is? Use your tongue and count your teeth, that's all u will hear from me. |
| Re: NBC Opts For Signal Neutralisation Of Radio Biafra. by chrixus(m): 9:43pm On Aug 26, 2015 |
kenny987:Alright !!! But all this still does not amount to secession. Who is to be blamed for all the supposed maltreatment ? Is it Hausa Or yoruba or lord Lugard ? |
| Re: NBC Opts For Signal Neutralisation Of Radio Biafra. by kenny987(f): 9:55pm On Aug 26, 2015 |
chrixus:Even with the obvious proof before your eyes u still call it 'supposed maltreatment'? The primary question is, why the unfairness and inequality? Why do they have only 5 states which amounts to minimal representation at all levels while others have 6 and one 7? Why are all regions not allowed to develop at their pace? Can u justify those scores against others when the same people have the lion share of resources drawn mostly from the SS/SE and yet they call the North 'disadvantaged' in education and favour them for admissions? There is no cultural affinity and even the religions are miles apart! The Yorubas have even more similarities with the Hausa/Fulani et al but that is not so with the Biafrans! The spates of killings if Igbos in the North nko? Finally, do the Biafrans not have a right to self-determination? And if they do why do you think they should not exercise that right? You have seen how they are told that they have no value and produce/contribute nothing to the Nigerian purse so why should they remain in the union? Even husband and wife get divorced due to irreconcilable differences so what is the problem here? |

you hate igbo people, you take your time to make laws that restrict everything the do .you make life difficult for them on a daily basis people tell them to thank them for hosting them and this is the touted one nigeria.and it is a sin for them to vote a candidate of their choice in election period from the same people that tell who ever want to hear that the are more educated than the Pharisee and when the say the want to go every become angry yet you don't love them |
| Re: NBC Opts For Signal Neutralisation Of Radio Biafra. by badnature: 10:19pm On Aug 26, 2015 |
some days ago the argument is what are the contribution of south east to nigeria and every body from Nigeria except igbos every other person came out with fabricated figures to prove the don't contribute any thing and yet nigeria and Nigerians don't want them to leave, what an irony! |
| Re: NBC Opts For Signal Neutralisation Of Radio Biafra. by chrixus(m): 10:39pm On Aug 26, 2015 |
kenny987:If these are d reasons you want to secede, remember all these basis are not pecuilar to only the ibos... If your supposed leaders clamouring for Biafra are sure of themselves, let it be done in a proper way. I mean refferendum, just like it was done in spain recently, no insults, no incitement nothing just in a civilised way |
| Re: NBC Opts For Signal Neutralisation Of Radio Biafra. by kenny987(f): 11:05pm On Aug 26, 2015 |
chrixus:No incitement but the unvarnished truth with all the gory details must be told to stir up the passion and hunger of affected people cos some are so beaten down they don't know there can be any better or don't even have the access to knowledge. But please, which of the things I enumerated here is being suffered by others other than the Biafrans? Still even if others are experiencing same which is not true and the Biafrans decide that enough is enough, they are not retaliating but just want to leave is there a problem? There will be no violence provided none is directed at Biafrans under any guise cos I know they will not roll over and play dead in the face of provocation. I hope your advise for against incitements and insults will be heeded by others too, not just Biafrans. |

kenny987:I like you logic snd how u construct, was just wondering if all these are channeled to biafra just because of your statesmanship, or is there something else behind it ? |
| Re: NBC Opts For Signal Neutralisation Of Radio Biafra. by kenny987(f): 12:46am On Aug 27, 2015 |
chrixus:What else can be behind my statement please? I am just an objective person that will endeavour to call a spade a spade. I will engage in constructive arguments and cede where I am wrong. I will not push anything down anyone's throat but just maintain the truth as it is. The truth about Biafra is what I have stated and it is what it is. |
