Guys any links available for this etis job? Kinda confused

good day everyone, I am really interested in working with etisalat as a call center agent, please I need details on how to apply, apart from the hausa call agent contact, I havnt seen any helpful link or mail on this trend. pls enlighten the house if you have any information. thanks. or send me a mail @ znoopybaby@yahoo.com.

Hello, when I did mine, it was a computer based test to rate your listening skills, typing and accuracy.

Yes...they will play a demo call for you to listen to, type what the customer complaints.
