Guys pls how can i recover my files from my laptop? What happened was that i uninstaled expired antivirus and replaced by another. Since then it has been showing loading and repairing files once turned on. It doestnt open normally at all. How can i get my files back? Or If i format the system can i still get my files back? Urgent response pls. God bless u.

Let me claim the prayer before i give the solution- AMEN .screen shots with ur phone will go a long way in helping.but u can try dis,u can buy an external hard drive casing,put the hard drive into it,back up(on a friends computer) ,format and start afresh installation.there are other solutions ,but i dnt knw hw tech savvy u are (no offense) ,they might be too tedious 4 u.Hope that helps,let me knw if u need more info.
