What can be done to a laptop that fails to start up. It shows "starting windows" and would refuse to come up afterwards. Kindly assist. |

Have you tried to boot your system with recovery CD? If not, then try to [url="http://www.wikihow.com/Boot-a-Computer-from-a-CD"]boot from CD[/url]. I believe it will work for you. |
