Airtel sent me these plans to subscribe to. I used the 4gb plan before and it lasted awhile although i turned off most of my apps to save mb.

None. These are promotional plans. They aren't genuine. You do not get exactly what Airtel promises. 1GB under this plan is like 275MB. Basically, Airtel masks around 800MB as 3GB and sell it to clueless customers at a supposedly cheap price. Do not fall a victim.

hmm.. Sometimes it's that way but I think Airtel has changed. The 4gb plan lasted for me and just finished today but am still browsing free

Thats will always happen when you use it on android(the rate is x3 since its not meant for them,its for bb user)

I'm using their android plan and i dont have complain at all.

Never trust Airtel Data. ..

I have never exceeded 3 gigs of data any month with MTN.

But when I tried Airtel 9 gig data, it didn't last me upto 3 weeks.

Mtn is on the top list for now

That it lasted for you doesn't mean it's complete. I know ppl that still use all those weekly free 15mb and it's ok for them. If you use an android phone, you should see the data counter from your settings to actually find out what you used. Not just that it lasted for you.
