Please, I need help, anytime I register an online form and they request for my email, I use to input my real email but it used to tell me invalid email address

Your email should be in this format
yourname@domain.com
if not, it's invalid

Yes na but it tells me invalid, I don't just understand, email that I use daily and I still get updates on it
