What's the point of unearthing the picture of the truck prior to the accident? Okay the right rear indicates the shock absorber could have been damaged but that's not a definitive proof of absolute blame without examining the truck or recounting the series of event just before it turned over? 4 Likes 2 Shares |

From a safety point of view that container was not secured. The picture shows it was a disaster waiting to happen. This adminsitration need to improve the safety culture in Nigeria and the Road safety officers have a lot to do for road safety  . They should have stopped the driver and arrested him for unsafe driving. 16 Likes |
