I want science to come here and explain how a woman who eats highly contaminated food and drinks dirty murky water has survived probably 10yrs of this condition while very sane people like yaradua and dora akunyili are dead.

It's either she encountered something traumatic on that trip she took. Probably robbed, kidnapped or raped that made her lose her mind. Or her village people sent her away so they can steal all her hard work. This is why they have not shown up to reclaim her. Someone should clean her up and help her. Let all the evil people be exposed and put to shame. It is well with you mercy.
