I have tried many things including kegelling; not working. I will check out if there are some drugs to use for it.

Have u tried controlling your fluid intake especially towards bedtime?

And have u tried waking up intermittently at night to ease urself?

Yes, exactly. sometimes i could go dry for 3 month, but as soon as i remembered and thank God for keeping me dry, then the outburst comes. Or any day I remember to pray about it. Or anytime i am having self pity.

There lies the problem.
From what I can decipher, it only happens when you fixate on it with your mind [whether in a positive (giving God thanks) way or in a negative (self-pity) way].

So we can now head on to solving the problem.
That one will take a while because it involves training yourself or should I say, retraining yourself.
