@safe06, Lwkmd. Neighbour's dey line up to say sorry. Mine used to be twelve hours of non-stop pain. Dh no dey go work that day. Before felvin, ibruprofen didn't use to work for me. I drank different herbal concoctions my mother sent from the village before the pain timeline reduced and felvin started working. It is well with us o.

@Redeemed, thanks for the inspiration. God will deliver us from afflictions. When I'm in so much pain, I tell God that He shouldn't allow my pain be for nothing, that the unbearable pain i'm going through should be for my unborn daughters, for them never to go through such because their mother has borne their pain. It helps me bear the pain till the felvin kicks in.

My dear, pain pass pain o. You don get the kain pain wey go make you speak latin? The heating pad/hot water bottle doesn't work for me. Infact, i suspect it increases my pain. Last af I drank hot water and got my chest burnt yet it didn't stop the pain but for a few minutes. I start cramping a week before af and I'm forced to take paracetamol on such days so I can bear the pain when it finally comes even after taking felvin. Here is my story:

I think traditional herbs can help. I recommend gangaria herbal mixture. It is NAFDAC approved. It is a Yoruba herbal for piles, menstruation, conception, etc. They used to advertise it using public address system on cabs like that. . I think is good for ttc, I did lot of research on it too before using it. Mix it with warm not hot water, if you do it religiously for a month, you'll notice change in your EWCM as you'll produce more. It's acidic but turns to alkaline in our body which makes the vjay fluid more friendly to swimmers.
