Funny u, I see that as stealing. Collecting certificate through coercion is just "collecting," it is nt "stealing." We can call it legal crime. U know this nigeria is nigeria of certificate. With that ph.d certificate, omo, na oil company I go dey work o. I ll make legal money.

That's true. They've been calling us future leaders since we were young, now that we are grown up, we are still future leaders. The same people in govt while we were young are still the same set of people in govt till today. They are only changing positions.
