Joker! Igbo land sits on huge deposits of Oil and gas, numerous solid minerals and arable land. As for the sea port you keep talking about, tributuaries run from Imo and Abia state straight into the Athlantic Ocean. Those tributuaries can be dredged and a seaport built in Oguta in Imo
