Obasanjo government's Kangaroo Probe Panel cleared Buhari of allegations of $2 billion Dollars stashed away by Buhari in London Midland Bank when Buhari was petroleum ministry boss in Obasanjo's military administration during the 1970s..

Now Buhari shall spare Obasanjo of any presidential probe.
$16 billion was allegedly stolen from the energy sector alone when Obasanjo left office in 2007.

Obasanjo acted president and oil minister at the same time before 2007.
