I've not use my mini lapi for over four months now buh yesterday I changed the keyboard and charger after which I used it for awhile in the day time, then at night booting it, it kept wasting time at one point it how system repair, that window will find error and repair it auto, for over four hours nothing happened uptill now it's not working yet. u pple must try to understand we aint magicians here...always state in full the nature of the problem as it pertains to connection type(are u using s modem,router or any other connection)...thats a good start..
moreso,u can read thru previous post of other engineers to find out a contact number/email so u can quickly call for "first aid"..its easier that way..
right click on ur connection icon(lower right on ur screen) and right click to "troubleshoot"..wen its done...take a snapshot(press PRINTSCR on ur keyboard then open paint and paste it ther then save) of the results and place it here...

well there is really nothing to show in your screenshot...do me a favor,put the modem in another laptop and test if its working....that way,it would be easier to know if its the modem or your system that is the problem....

Uninstall the printer driver and install it back if it persist back up your data and reload the OS

Does this happen when you print in MS Word? If yes, then the Print Document Properties option is enabled. To disable it, do the following.

- If you are using MS Word 2007, click the Office Button located at the top left corner > click Word Options at the bottom right > In the Word Options window, click the Display tab on the left. Detach the hard disk from your computer and connect it via USB to another computer having an up-to-date and reliable anti-virus software. Run a custom scan of your hard disk from there.

Hello, first verify the status of your bluetooth adapter. You need to be sure that the drivers are properly installed and it is enabled. Press the Windows logo key + R > Type devmgmt.msc in the search field and press enter. In the Device Manager window that appears, click the arrow labelled Bluetooth. You should see the driver software listed underneath without any error notification - no downward pointing black arrow, no yellow question sign or black exclamation mark on a yellow triangle.

If you see a downward pointing black arrow, right click on it and click enable. If you see a yellow question sign or exclamation mark, right click on it and update or uninstall/reinstall the driver software.

Get an appropriate Windows installation media, boot the system from it and follow the prompts to perform a system repair.

I bought my hp 15 brand new with a year warranty at computer village in lagos january dis year with no issues, but around june it started developing problems like failure to boot and it later eventually not coming up. I took it back to where i bought it and they returned it back for repair at hp store. I collected it back after a week in perfect condition and i was informed that they eventually changed the motherboard, and it has been functioning well since then. But it developed that same issue again this morning, pls advice me on what next to do because i don't know maybe they will stil service it for free. And I'm actually living in ibadan, considering the transport fare. Thanks in advance.
