The pictures did not show that the road is bad, it only shows that there was a heavy rainfall and the place was flooded.

Seems rain was still falling at the time the photos were taken. Hard to judge if its bad road or bad drainage.

does it matter which of the two is bad? Fact is the road is flooded and judging by d people walking around,it doesn't look like heavy rainfall. They can't even maintain and manage PH. This country sef.
