The pictures did not show that the road is bad, it only shows that there was a heavy rainfall and the place was flooded. 1 Like |

Seems rain was still falling at the time the photos were taken. Hard to judge if its bad road or bad drainage. |

DaGC:does it matter which of the two is bad? Fact is the road is flooded and judging by d people walking around,it doesn't look like heavy rainfall. They can't even maintain and manage PH. This country sef. 1 Like |
