All these rules won't work in some departments. All first class are not equal. First class in economics cannot be compared to 1st class in engineering. Plus all the 1st class students in my faculty read at least 8 hours a day  They also avoid relationships like ebola. No one even bothers chasing them. They don't dress well also. |
