Match all the modern houses in the biggest city in all geopolitical zones across the country with those in Ibadan, when the houses in those cities finish, the remaining modern houses in Ibadan WILL still be more than those in the next two biggest cities. Fact!

A housing architecture alone can tell a lot about its age, so the roofs should be upgraded and the houses repainted .
In my opinion, the occupants of such houses don't have money to upgrade. There is no rich man living there

Ibadan has many modern parts but the old part is very large and spans miles upon miles. I personally like the vintage looks of the houses many of which have the present popular housing design in Nigeria except for the rusty roofs. A little painting will bring out the beauty.
