There is no visible distinction between the two, unless each tree has fruits in ripening stage. So you can only know it is a banana tree when it has a bunch of banana on it. Failed promises, disappointment, not being sincere thereby breaching trust .....etc and you know the associated financial and mental stress that brings. It is not about popularity but about being sincere, straight forward, respect agreement and not taking undue advantage of others.
